Becoming a Club Aziz Member is easy! If you are a client who already knows what service you want, has a usual service provider, and have a desired time and day, Club Aziz Membership is what you have been waiting for! Now you can have any service on a regular basis and get rewarded for it.

• You must have a standing appointment at least once every 6 weeks for 12 months.
  
• Fill out the appropriate forms
  
• Receive your Club Aziz gift bag
  
• $25 enrollment; renewable annually
  
• Start Saving on your first visit!

What Club Aziz Members Get:

• 10% off standing appointment(s) as well as other appointment(s) for that day
  
• 5% off all products purchased on day of standing appointment
  
• Special email updates, coupons and discounts
  
• Free birthday service up to a $50 value for a regularly scheduled standing appointment on or near the date of your birthday
  
• $5 off for trying any other new service in the salon

Regulations and Restrictions:

• Must have cc # on file
  
• After 2 "no shows" or cancellations without 24 hour notice, on your 3rd cancellation without 24 hour notice will result in a charge for the amount of the service(s). Remaining standing appointments will be canceled and membership terminated
  
• Can not use any discount cards with this offer including internet specials and Sunday discounts
  
• Must book appointments for at least 12 months out
  
• Can have more than 1 standing appointment and only pay one membership fee
